We’re seeking a talented, passionate front-end web engineer who will delight in creating great product for our users.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the rest of the software team to identify and prioritize new features or improvements to the product.
Build out beautiful, functional web application interfaces using HTML5, and JavaScript (primarily jQuery).
Constantly and thoroughly test new and existing areas of the product across devices, operating systems and browsers, documenting and resolving issues.
Judiciously maintain and organize well-documented code and assets.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience as a front-end developer
Experience working in a startup environment is preferred
Derive a great deal of satisfaction from translating a concept into software product and tools that create both value and enjoyment for our customers
Live and breathe the very best of HTML5 and JavaScript
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Extremely passionate and entrepreneurial spirit
An intellectual curiosity in finance and real estate
Core Skill Areas
HTML5 and JavaScript
Experience in working with jQuery and Bootstrap jQuery plugins to build interactive web UI, writing original code where necessary
Familiarity with web typography
Responsive design techniques and practices
Designing for mobile users and mobile design strategy
Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues
Version control and issue tracking
An eye for detail
Knowledge of how design and code intersect
An intellectual curiosity in capital markets, finance and real estate
